Our agreement provides you with 1 SPRING A/C CLEAN AND CHECK and 1 FALL FURNACE CLEAN AND CHECK. These checks substantially increase both the efficiency and capacity of your equipment. Your equipment will run at its peak performance longer. Keeping cooler in the summer, and warmer in the winter, will cost you less!

Avoid emergencies before they start
Emergency breakdowns are expensive and disruptive. With regular annual maintenance, minor problems may be corrected before they become emergencies.

Warranty
Maintenance agreement customers are covered by a 2 year parts and labor warranty.

Top Priority
You will be established as a PRIORITY CUSTOMER! You will receive top priority over non service agreement customers for emergency repairs. *

Discounts
Hansen Heating & Plumbing will provide all priority customers with a discounted diagnostic charge on HVAC calls. Priority customers also get discount club rates for any HVAC calls.

Transferable
In the event you are to sell your property, the agreement transfers to your new property within our boundaries, or to the new owners! This increases your home's value.

Free Plumbing Inspection
Price includes annual basic plumbing inspection.
