We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice when rescheduling to avoid a potential rescheduling fee. For major installations, 48 hours notice is required. Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
We provide a 90-day warranty on labor for repairs. Parts are covered according to manufacturer warranties, which vary by component. New equipment installations include manufacturer warranties that typically range from 1-10 years depending on the system and may require annual maintenance to remain valid. Our team can provide specific warranty details for your equipment during your service.
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). We also offer financing options through Service Finance Company for qualified customers. Payment is typically due upon completion of service unless you've arranged financing or have an account with prior approval for billing.

Yes, emergency service calls outside of regular business hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays) incur an additional service fee. This fee covers our technicians' overtime and after-hours availability. Club Hansen Members receive discounted emergency service fees. Our dispatcher will inform you of any additional charges before scheduling the service.
Our standard service call includes a diagnostic fee that covers the technician's time to inspect, diagnose, and recommend solutions for your HVAC or plumbing issue. If you approve the recommended repairs, the diagnostic fee is often applied toward the cost of the repair. Club Hansen Members receive discounted or waived diagnostic fees depending on their membership level.
Yes, a responsible adult (18 years or older) must be present at the beginning of the service call to provide access and discuss the issue with our technician. For longer jobs, arrangements can sometimes be made for the technician to complete work after you've approved the service and provided secure access to the necessary areas.
